Frequently Asked Questions

How many properties can I purchase?

As many as you would like! We do not limit the number of properties that you can purchase. In fact, many investors do purchase multiple properties. The only limiting factor would be how many you could qualify for.

Am I purchasing these properties "As-Is"?

The answer is NO! You are purchasing these properties with contingencies such as home inspection, lease review, and appraisal.

Do I have to you use your lenders?

No. You may use the lender of your choice. The lenders that we work with are familiar with our program and might speed up the process. They also have some of the most competitive rates and very limited fees.

About how many properties do you have available in this program at a given time?

This varies from one day to the next. We often have ten to fifteen properties in our inventory. But our acquisition team always has new properties in their pipeline.

What do I do when I want a property?

To purchase a property, please call us and we will send you the sales contract for your review. Once you sign the sales agreement, return it along with an earnest money deposit. This can be a personal check in the amount of $500 to $1000 depending on the property. The check must be made payable to the Title Company.

What is the next step?

Get pre-approved through our lender or yours. Call or email us the pre-approval and let us know how many properties you would like. We will contact you and send the sales contract for your signatures.

Why are sellers "giving away" such a good deals?

We work with "Wholesalers" in various markets. The properties that we bring to your attention are a "win-win" deals for all involved.
